upgrade mysql and apache

hi,
i want to upgrade my apache version from 1.x.x to 2.2.x ...how can i do?
I need to do the same thing for mysql, from mysql 5.0.x to mysql 5.1 ...
All that changes are compatible with directadmin right?

Yes, it's compatible 5.1 is beta, so it's not recommended to use, but if you want - just install RPMs. About the apache conversation: http://www.directadmin.com/features.php?id=441

You can update mysql 5.1 using the same method you used to install the original.

(that's OS Distribution independent )
