Upgraded to Apache 2, DA stopped working

We upgraded our server to Apache 2 from Apache 1.3. DA, which was preloaded by the company that hosts our server, was working but now whenever I try to access the cpl, it hangs on the page load. Apache is working fine but DA isnt. No error is apparent but I am sure I am probably overlooking something. Any thoughts?

/var/log/directadmin/error.log
/var/log/directadmin/system.log
/var/log/directadmin/2005-Sep-27.log

and any other relevant logs ?
