Upgrading an account

Good day

I have several different packages (10GB / 20GB / 30GB / etc)
How do I upgrade a hosting package from say 20GB account to 30GB account?
I can't see a function for this.
 
Edit account if you want to change package for it.
Or edit package on reseller (admin) level if you want apply new settings for selected package for all users that already have it.
 
Let's say I have domain example.org that is on a 10GB hosting package. (This can be either reseller or normal account)
Client wants to upgrade, so now I need to upgrade it to the 20GB package.

HOW would I do this, as I am not seeing a upgrade/downgrade function.
 
Create this package.
List all users. Click on this user name. Modify this account. Change package for it.
