Hello, in file manager there is a button to upload files.
From the help file I see that pressing it should create eight fields where I can select and upload files. It does nothing when I click it. I will mention that I use firefox and have all java turned off. I do hope you do not say that java is required. It is not secure.

Turn java on and try it.... and what are you afraid of saying java is not secure? lol

Firefox shouldn't be running Java. Do you mean javascript?

If uploading files through the DirectAdmin Files upload option doesn't work for you, you can always use FTP.

Hello,

No. For the default 8 fields, neither javascript, nor java are required to upload the files.

However, if you use the "Upload Even More Files", then it uses the onClick javascript option to generate the new window full of html on the fly. Neither javascript nor java are used to actually upload anything ever. Javascript is only used to create some html for a new form.

The default form with 8 fields is just a regular form with a normal "submit" type button.
