Upload problems, seek tech advise

I have uploaded my updated pages to your server, and I am unable to see the changes made on my and other computers. I was needing Tech. Support to verify the new changes on your end so I can make sure it's not on my end..

Hi Marie,

Are you sure you're in the right place? It seems to me your question is directed at your service provider, but this is the DirectAdmin forum, not the forum of your provider.
That doesn't mean you can't ask questions here, sure you can, but for the specific support you're asking for you really should contact your service provider.
 
totally confused now

Hi, am totally lost now. I am with Simpli Hosting. Who is Direct Admin?

I havent heard back from Simpli, nor received any confirmation emails from them stating they have received my help request.

Where do I go to get help?

Uploaded pages still not showing the changes made.

Have no clue what to do.

You will need to go here http://www.simpli.biz/support.php and submit support questions for anything hosting related. At least I think that is who you are using going by what you said above.

Directadmin is what is called a hosting control panel. It is your interface to your hosting account on your hosting providers servers to create email addresses, control domain functions etc. You hosting provider provides it for you to do those things.

This is the website/forum of the people that created Directadmin. Most of us here are other web hosts and we discuss Directadmin related issues etc.
