Uploading Changes to website

My difficulty is that in December I uploaded a couple changes and had no problem, then I did a major overhaul, and it didn't go any further than my control panel for 24 hours. After that the changes showed up, but some links were in the wrong spots, and not all of the pages showed up. If you visit my site, you will see what I mean. I then tried again after revamping my site again, and this time it went as far as the control panel and stayed there.
I use microsoft publisher to do my website.
I did a view source page, in the control panel, and everywhere it should say http, it says ftp. I don't know why it's happening, and it's driving me crazy.
Do keep in mind that I am a neophyte at this stuff. Is there anyone who can help me?

I'd suggest you check with a Microsoft support group, as we don't support MS Publisher here.

You might also be able to get some help from your hosting company.
