Uploading site

I have purchased hosting with you, but I don't know how to upload my site. I can get onto file manager by clicking the top of the page and I get a list of folders, including public-html. But how do I upload my html file to that, and should I delete the files already in the folder.

I am new to website building, so any help is much appreciated.

You did not purchased hosting with Directadmin. They only provide the hosting configuration panel to your webhost.
You might try an FTP program. Even better is to contact your hosting provider to help you with this.
