Uploading .swf files into DirectAdmin

I put the .swf file into the "Images" folder, and I use the correct embed code and everything, but it doesn't show up when a computer tried to access the page. I'm trying to put the flash file into a public_html document, if that helps at all.

Check the permisions of the "Images" folder and the .swf file, they must both have read permision by group and by others.
