Urchin Problem

Urchin does not process archives for sites on the same ip.

I use the log archives with Urchin. For example /home/user/domain/something.com/logs/*.

If something.com has it's own IP will open the tar.gz, however it does not if something.com is on a shared IP.

I was having some complaints that stats were missing.

This is now happening on all servers running DA.

Any Ideas?

Urchin is not a standard part of DirectAdmin; I've moved the thread to the 3rd Party Software forum.
