Hi there,

I'm reaching out because I've encountered a persistent problem with my email account. Initially, everything was working fine, but after about a week or two, my employees and I started experiencing difficulties sending emails to Gmail (Google) accounts. Each attempt resulted in a failure message, despite deleting the PTR Record IPV6 in an attempt to resolve the issue.

It's worth noting that while we can receive emails from Gmail accounts without any problem, we're unable to send replies back. This inconsistency is causing significant disruptions to our communication flow with clients and partners.

I'm seeking urgent assistance to resolve this issue promptly as it's hindering our business operations.

Appreciate any help you can provide.

DMARC / DKIM / SPF in place ?, since a month or so Google and Yahoo are demanding that

ow ok not really something you have to worry about, send me your domain by PM so I can do an extra check

The real reason is that your IP is not authorized to send email directly to our servers. Please use the SMTP relay at your service provider instead.

At this point you should probably either change your IP or use another VPS or 3rd-party service for sending out emails.

Hi! I'm actually going to be trying something first before I decide to do that.

Should you find any solution let us know please. This is not the first topic with the error of the kind, so I'm truly wondering what will you find.

Hi! I did actually, I went external and decided to just pay someone to host my email services for me.

Hi,

And now when you use a 3rd party service for sending emails, you might follow the recommendations mentioned in this ticket and configure SPF, DKIM for your domains (considering that a sending IP is now one from Mail Baby).
