[Urgent] How config my.cnf ?

I am working on Dedicated Server with 2 GB RAM , it is Celeron Processor

My Mysql Service keeps hanging, and i need to "service mysqld restart" every 10 minutes to make the "forums" working.

mysql now is making a lot of load problems now, 10 - 20 Apache Requests for a sec is current scenario

I copied file from http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14828

But it did not worked , still load is above 20-30

Did you restart MySQL?

The my.cnf file supplied is only an example; it needs to be set up specifically for your server.

There's no simple answer on what settings to use. If you can't determine what changes you need to make you should probably involve a mysql expert.
