urgent problem with DA. wont work

im using DA for long time on my server (one of many)
suddenly it stopped working..... without modifing anything or touching any file.

i tried to make DA restart and i got this error msg:

[root@server ~]# service directadmin restart
Stopping DirectAdmin: [FAILED]
Starting DirectAdmin: [ OK ]


i even tried to "reboot" the server but still the same problem.

hope someone will help me with this prob...

Did you check any of the DirectAdmin logs to see what they report?

The logs are in /var/log/directadmin.
