Urgent: Website is down, Zero SSL is not verifying the domain with the HTTP method

Hi All, This is my website https://newmoongroups.com/, and it's down, I am trying to renew the SSL with Zero SSL, and domain Verification is not happening, it's giving 400 when I try to access the file path URL. Any help, please?

try to put the .txt file directly under public_html (unless the documentation says otherwise) and restart the verification process. If it doenst work, contact your hoster.
