URIBL blocked - doesn't work / URIBL was blocked

Hi,

On every our DA servers, we've got problem with URIBL. Each of mail header has this section:

0.0 URIBL_BLOCKED ADMINISTRATOR NOTICE: The query to URIBL was
blocked. See
http://wiki.apache.org/spamassassin/DnsBlocklists#dnsbl-block

So I looked at it and found this thread: https://help.directadmin.com/item.php?id=666
But, in our case everything shloud be OK, but SA/Exim still reporting that query was blocked.


Please take a look at my debug - maybe I missed something?

DNS:
[root@srv2 ~]# cat /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 127.0.0.1

Test provided by URIBL.COM (prooves that our IP is not banned):
[root@srv2 ~]# host -tTXT 2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com
2.0.0.127.multi.uribl.com descriptive text "permanent testpoint"

OS CentOS 7.8
Installed version of exim.conf: 4.5.23
Installed version of BlockCracking: 1.12
Installed version of Easy Spam Fighter: 1.31
Installed version of SpamAssassin: 3.4.4

All of the other SA tests (DKIM, SPF, Body, etc) are performed without any problems.

URIBL_BLOCKED - the endless story

Hi everyone, For years now, I've had the problem that I am getting more spam than necessary, because I can't query URIBL via the default nameservers set up for the various servers and VPSs I've had over time. The spam delivered to my inbox typically has this in the header: 0.0 URIBL_BLOCKED...

Thanks for your reply and suggestions, but... unfortunately, that's nothing new for me :-(
As I said, my IP is not banned, NS in resolv.conf is localhost and it works, because test from uribl.com works perfectly (so recursion for localhost in named works as it should)
There isn't any error in logs also.
 
Ok sounds good. Seems like a few people are reporting this type of issue.
 
Oh, so it could be some kind of bug I suppose?

This has sat for a while without explanation. This is normal and I have an explanation here that I give my customers: https://mxroutedocs.com/troubleshooting/uriblblocked/

They rate limit queries unless you pay them. They're not going to stop enough spam to be worth paying. There's no harm in the test failing, it neither adds nor subtracts from the spam score of the email. It isn't worth getting rid of either, it means editing files that will be overwritten.
