url not found

when im entering my webaddress www.krishnateja.co.cc
im getting that its not found

i regestered in co.cc and gave the same server as
Name server : ns15.constantdns.com
ns16.constantdns.com

and it is active but still my index.html is not opening when i enter the address in address bar !!!

wat 2 do ??
any default setting required a??
