Use Vietnamese language in Direct Admin

Hello guys,

I wanna use Vietnamese language in Direct Admin.
Ex : i wanna upload xin_chào_tất_cả_các_bạn.zip to public_html and get this error : xin_chào_t_#7845_t_c_#7843__các_b_#7841_n.zip

Im already added LANG_ENCODING=iso-8859-1 to /usr/local/directadmin/data/skins/enhanced/lang/en/lf_standard.html but no change.
Sorry im newbie. Can anyone suggest me how to do that?

You probably need:

[FONT=&quot]

LANG_ENCODING=UTF-8

[/FONT]
