User accounts

Hi

I would like to give my students server space on my domain. I was thinking that they could have a subdomain ie www.student.mydomain.com they would be able to FTP with FTP account..

How do I do all this..I hope I did a good job of describing what I want to do..

Set up subdomains for them, and then ftp accounts so they can change the contents of their own directory and subdirectory.

Or if you're a server administrator or reseller, set them up with their own acconts, and for the domain simply set up a subdomain instaid of their own domain.
