user already exists on fresh direct admin

hi ive formatted my server and reinstalled direct admin again nothing on it at all

but when i add my domain which i use for the name servers titandns.co.uk
it comes up with user already exists ? but there is nothing on there at all??
when i add another domain its fine
any ideas?

See if the domain exists on the server?

Hopefully you're not using that domain name as the system's hostname; if you are it will already exist because there will already be a DNS zone for it.

Another possibility is that you're running Multi-Server Option and that the domain exists on one of the other servers.
