User Backup Error

Hi, when a user performs a backup of their files, they are told a confirmation message will be sent. While testing I have noticed nothing gets sent via the message/ticket system or standard email.

Have I missed something or may this be a bug

I can confirm on my system at least that this occours at reseller level too, when they perform user_backup?

Is this a bug? have I missed a setting?:rolleyes:
 
Have you checked the server logs to see if the emails are being attempted?

Hi,
Managed to sort this problem, The file that contains the number for the tickets, had been replaced with On=y, changing this back to a number meant tickets could be sent again.
