User Backup Errors

Hello,

For some reason we have started getting these errors on our daily backups:

"User xxxxxxx wasn't assigned to database xxxx_xxxxxxx, adding it in the backup"

It is not happening on every user.

Any ideas?

Was the database created in the DA control panel?

When you look at the database from the control panel, as that user, does the database show up.

Is the database and the username in this format:

username_databasename
username_databaseusername

???

Yes the databases show up and they are in the correct name format

Backups are DA created code.

You might want to write their support address.
