Most of my user backups come to me rather than the client themselves. I have been receiving errors on some of my backups (usually caused by website caching), but I have no way of telling what user they are coming from as the system message doesn't have any details, either on the successful or failed user backups. Is there somewhere I can customize these messages so I know which backup is giving me errors?

However, you'd have to paste me exactly which error message you're referring to in order for me to track down exactly where it's located, and if you can edit it at all at this time.
If you're referring to the message_user.txt template, there is no USER token, however there is a |DOMAIN| token, which might be unique to that User, pending on how things are setup.
