User deleted? No log entries

Hello,

One of my client websites has been deleted. I can't find anything in the logs, can someone help me out to dig in this to see if it's deleted or maybe there's something else happening.

What exactly is deleted. Does the web folder exist? Does it exist in directadmin?
 
Suddenly the website shows Apache is functioning normally.
The user does not exist anymore, nor the domain within DirectAdmin.

Is there a log where any activity can be found? such as deleting a website, client said he did not delete anything. I would like to check it with the log to see which IP logged in last time for that user if possible.
 
The user probably deleted his own domain from within DirectAdmin (under the user-level login).
