User domains

Hey i have a problem.. my domain is at www.jkxu.com

when i create users who dont have their domain, i tried giving them a subdomain of jkxu.com

i put

clam.jkxu.com as domain name but that doesnt work !

can someone help me thanks !

jkxu.com and www.jkxu.com both resolve to 193.33.60.56, while clam.jkxu.com resolves to 85.56.46.76. The first of these IP#s appears to resolve to The Netherlands while the second appears to resolve to Spain. My guess is you've got a problem somewhere with your DNS.

Make sure that jkxu.com uses the nameservers you expect it to be using, and fix your zone files on that server.
