User image missing

Hi, I'm using DirectAdmin from some months already, and really love it

But I've come with a little problem

It seems new user can't see those 3 image on their user level page:

IMG_SKIN_BODY_ACCOUNT
IMG_SKIN_BODY_EMAIL
IMG_SKIN_BODY_ADVANCED

With demo_user, it work fine
With admin(in user level), it work fine
With old user, it work fine
With admin or reseller level, still work fine

With these, I get correct image listed up here

with new user, image isn't showing, and source of image is NONE for both 3

Any idea what is doing this?
