User-Level accounts can't login

Hi - hopefully someone will be able to help.

Suddenly my users aren't able to login and I can't login as them either through the Admin Level > Show All Users.

I can login as Administrator and also my Resellers without any problem, it just seems to be the Users.

I get "Error: document not found".

Am very new to DA, so any help would be great.

Have done some more testing and it would appear that it is only effecting old accounts. Any new accounts are working without any problem.

Have had a look through the conf files and everything appears to be alright, so not sure where the problem is.

Any help would be great.

Got it sorted - it was a corrupt skin causing the problem. As soon as I moved the user over to the enhanced skin everything worked again.
