No. This facility is not built into DirectAdmin. If you're a hosting client and your hosting company uses DirectAdmin you can ask them to make daily backups for you; some hosting companies may not offer this, and others may charge for it.
If you're a reseller you can set it up for your clients. If you're a server administrator you can set it up for anyone on the server.
Of course if you're a hosting client and your hosting company allows you to create cronjobs (DirectAdmin allows this but not all hosting companies turn this on, as it can be very resource intensive) you can do anything you want with a script and a cronjob to run it.
