user level httpd.conf template?

Is it possible to somehow customize, ie. template, the httpd.conf created for new users?

This isn't quite doing what I need. Is there some way to override the beginning
ServerRoot and Port directives?

I tried disabling frontpage in directadmin.conf, but that hasn't done it ( since those lines are there for frontpage ).

I'd really hate to have to create custom scripts for domain creation and editing to remove the lines and restart apache.

There must be a better way....
