User Limits request

I have a question about user limits. is there a way to cap off each user by max 1-2 mbps ?


if not that will be my request, i had a client to peak off @ 20mbps before i knew it.

I don't know as we don't use Apache 2. Perhaps someone else can tell us.

I have not heard of it working on apache2. There might be an equivalent plugin available but further research would be needed.

apache.org and google.com would be good starting points.
