user list not showing new users

seems my user list (under reseller section) only shows 9 entries.
I have run the fix_da_user.sh and also created a fix.sh as mentioned in knowledge base but new users not showing.
the home folders and dns zones are being created.
any thoughts?

can close this, I reinstalled system and seems ok now. I will know more as I add the rest but initial indications are its fine.
