user not in reseller level but appear at admin level

when i restore a customer account from other server, it show at admin level user list, but at reseller level user list, not found it. may i know why like that ?

I don't have time to look it up now, but I recall John (DirectAdmin Support) responding to a similar question some time ago with the name of a file you could edit to fix it.
