User xxx has used up xxx% of his/her bandwidth and 0% of his/her allocated disk space

Hello,

I'm having this problem where end users are being emailed they are using 400% plus bandwidth but logging into DA and checking the account they are showing up as 0.0 / 1000 bandwidth. This is happening to multiple people. Does anyone have any ideas or what I can do to narrow where this problem is coming from?

You could try:

echo 'action=tally&value=all' >> /usr/local/directadmin/data/task.queue

If not you might have to manually reset the values.
