UserBackup restore problems

Hi all,

I am testing the user backup and restore.
I have done a backup via ftp to a remote location.
After which following the instructions on the directadmin panel, i have sucessfully restored all users, all settings seemed fine, e-mail notifying me that files/users and licence have been sucessfully restored and updated.

The problem is.....after the restore, "connection to imap server failed" ( for webmail access) and unable to receive emails


Some help would be appreaciated

I don't see how one could be connected to the other. Are you still on the same server?

Post some information so some of us may be able to try your imap server connection.
