Username and password request.

Hi
one of our email users is currently in spain.
He is trying to sent mail via our mail server mail.hip.ie outlook keeps asking him to re-enter his username and password.
I've checked all his settings and they seem fine.
I even re-set his password.
He can get logged into webmail but cannot sent a test message through outlook.
I've also tried changing mail.hip.ie to its ip address for both outgoing and incoming servers and it has not rectified the problem. Please Help

My best guess would e that the ISP in Spain isn't letting port 25 traffic off their network; he should try port 587 for SMTP.

However when using Outlook/OE for outgoing email, that will fail the first time; He should try clicking on send and receive twice.
