Hi
I have read this (http://www.directadmin.com/forum/showthread.php?t=789) and understand the reasoning.
But......
I need to import a batch of users from a just about to collapse Webmin/Virtualmin server. Some are setup using "domain.com.username" and some are setup using "username". There are only three mysql databses on this server, one has a dbname that has 14 chars already.
My problem is that I cannot ask the reseller to contact all his existing users to change their usernames/passwords.
My question then is this:
Can DA be "bodged" (a good old English term) to allow me to create these users, then "unbodged" to recert back to DA defaults for all successive users?
I really, really hope this is possible.
Martyn
