users can not add additional ftp account

For some reasons when I try to add additional ftp account
Even though it is successfully created from control panel
but when I try to logn with ftp It is all blank and can not connect.
Any body can give an idea why ?

Why can't it connect? There has to be some kind of error message from your FTP client.

The default ftp works for all users. but even though I have enabled the abillity to add more ftp accounts and users in control panel successfully and correctly add another ftp account when they try to login with an ftp software
they are not connected, No ftp error just no connection and nothing all is blank

I told you the problem it i will be the same with you or with any body else
This is a server issue.

Note: Add-on accounts need to add @domain to the username

By "add-on" I mean another FTP account (additional ftp account) within the domain? Is that what you mean by "additional ftp account"?
I had a tough time understading "It is all blank and can not connect"..... Whats blank?
