Users cant access phpmyadmin

Hello, I am new user to DirectAdmin. I love it so far.

I am having a issue when a user trys to launch into phpmyadmin from their user level panel. THey are prompted to login, but none of their credentials will authenticate.

Any suggestions on how i should correct this, or what credentials they should use to login to phpmyadmin?

Did they create the database through Directadmin first?
