Users not displayed in backup

I am currently migrating to a new server.

From the reseller level in DA i am making all the backups, users one by one.

I want to migrate a user, but is not in the list at user backups.
Also at admin backup it is not showing, and not when i click all users in the reseller level of admin.

When i look at admin level to all users, the user is beeing displayed and the "creator" is admin...

It looks like this user has no reseller or something?

What to do?

How are you making the backups? From the reseller level in DirectAdmin you can only back up the users set up by that reseller. The backups should be available at:

/home/admin/user_backups
