Users sent spam and my server is disabled

i have server in burthnet
and they suspend an account that sending an spam emails..
and my accounts send spam emails.
1. there is a way to block sent spam emails?
2. how i can delete all the emails in my server... ( except of the admin emails )

Are you using DirectAdmin?

All mails stuck on your DirectAdmin server are in two directories inside the /var/spool/exim/input and /var/spool/exim/msglog directories. If you want to look through them to see which ones you may want to keep that could take hours.
