using cronjob too add a record too database

hi ,

i can user cronjobs with this command too running php scripts :

/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/host90/domains/takkhabar.com/public_html/importer.php

but it isn't running php scripts whith mysql .

i want too run a script that inserting a record too database.

what is thats command ?
