[v1.63.3] Can't create first domain, says I am over limit even with 0 domains.

I have been trying to set up DA for the past few days, and the newest reinstall seems to be a newer version with added features.

Anyway, I cannot create a User or a Domain, as I get the following error:

Cannot Execute Your Request
License is limited to 50 domains, and you currently have 2326

Should I roll back to 1.63.0?

Resolved - error went away after reinstalling over the current installation.
