Hello everyone,
On my DirectAdmin I create daily and monthly backups and upload them via SSH to my backup servers.
On my backup servers I receive the backups and md5 sums and check them daily if they still match.
But since the backups cannot be decrypted by winrar/tar command I cannot verify that the backups are actually complete and not corrupt besides checking the MD5 sum.
So my question is if someone knows how I can decrypt the backup on my debian server or with winrar on my windows PC so that I can check that the backups are actually good to use in case of an emergency.
