Validation Error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

I have problem with connect to mail with SSL or TLS.

When I select SMTP SSL Type none then working. Any solution ?

1.check your firewall
2.try with port 465 / SSL

Mail encoding here is new to me , can you disable it ?
