Right now I use a cron to flush out certain /var folders, my partition is 4.1 gigs would that cause some sites to fail ? What can i do to get this fixed? My machine is freebsd

I also noticed loads are pretty high with httpd and mysql causing it 2.50 on average and spikes up to 6-7 what could be using so much ?

Maybe you should try to move MySQL to another location, as it's likely to reside in /var/lib/mysql.

Awesome. Do you do any freelance work? I wouldn't mind paying as long is not too expensive. Looking for an admin the box is freebsd.

As far as I know, in FreeBSD mysql database files are located in /home/mysql not in /var/lib/mysql

Or /var/db or any instance configured in my.cnf for that matter.
It doens't make a difference were it's located, as long as it's moved to a partition with enough space :)

Ramsy... I returned the private message.
