Version of all softwares

Anyway to have an admin function that shows all softwares installed and their version?

you can simply run:

yum list

or

rpm -qa

hehachris, I think he is talking not about RPM's, e.g. dovecot, PHP etc. (compiled software from tarballs) in DirectAdmin admin zone

Yup. PHP version, EXIM verson, SA version...

usually they will show you their version with a command switch, many times -v or -V

Plus many of them are listed in the system info page inside DA
