Very Basic steps to create a user from admin level

Hi everyone;

I'm newbie and I have a linux centOS that directAdmin control panel installed on it.

The host provider did install directAdmin and set an IP address that I can access to directAdmin and a custom port.

When I click on files menu, there's no public_html in my file list.

As much as I could find in the internet, I have to create a user and set her/him a package and etc.

Can anyone describe me what's steps?

I couldn't find any useful step by step documentation.
