Hello
I ordered directadmin license from one of directadmin reseller
I waited for 4 days to deliver license information !!!
but it's too long time for me because i had hosted many websites on my server !
after this i asked him to refund , and he refund my money and i ordered new license from another reseller!
but they told me we can not order license becasue it's added on another account and i should remove it !
but i can't !!! because i ordered via reseller and previous reseller don't answer me and banned me on his website !
so WHAT CAN I DO ?

I dont know why your posting here. I guess you are screwed. There are no directadmin resellers so you fell for a scam.

It is not about scam or something else !!!!
directadmin have many reseller !
it's about directadmin payment system !
when you order license from one panel , you can not order it via other panel !!!
so in my case i ordered from unresponsive reseller and cancel it and move to another reseller but they can't order my license because my server ip address is already added to another panel !!!
so what can i do ?!
 
There is no DA Authorized Reseller at all...

Hosting Company can rent Server with DirectAdmin license, not sell them...

You need to solve the issue with old company that have blocked the IP linking it to a license or try to contact DA Statff using safe submit or email to let them help you.

Here on the forum no one can solve your issue... sorry

DirectAdmin not answering me
its emergency problem and directadmin will be answer after 10 years!!!
so what can i do ?
thank you for your solution !
if i can solve my problem with unresponsive hosting i will not be here !

Ask your hosting/colo for a extra IP, change DA to this IP and you are ready to get another license.

unfortunately datacenter dont give me extra ip !
and also directadmin "support[at]directadmin[dot]com"
don't answer my email

what should i do ?
i created this topic maybe directadmin support will be see my email and answer it ...
is this any way to solve this problem ?

Please read the following very carefully.

DirectAdmin has no resellers. If you've read that they do somewhere it wasn't on the DirectAdmin website, and it wasn't from JBMC, the publishers of DirectAdmin. These are the only ways you can get a DirectAdmin license:

1. You can buy it at the DirectAdmin website, as long as the IP# is not currently registered to a DirectAdmin license, either active or inactive.

2. You can rent a server from a datacenter offering the license bundled with a rental server; the datacenter must be registered with DirectAdmin staff to supply such licenses, and they must be in good standiwth DirectAdmin. These licenses are called internal licenses and can only be used on an IP# inside the datacenter for which they're licensed. These licenses cannot be transferred or resold, and they are not supported by DirectAdmin staff, but only by the datacenter where you get your server. These licenses are identified as internal licenses when logged in as admin, on the License renewal screen.

3. You can get your license from someone else who no longer needs it, but the license must be a lifetime license, and it must be in in good standing; you should never complete this kind of transadtion without first checking with DirectAdmin Sales to be sure the license is transferrable.

In all cases, the license must be transferred by DirectAdmin Sales. No one else can complete the transfer.

If I've missed a way, someone please add to the thread :).

And in all cases, the target IP# must be free from assignment to any other DirectAdmin licnse, whether active or inactive.

If anyone reading this thread thinks they've purchased a license from a reseller they should check the name in the license (also on the same screen mentioned above) and cointact DirectAdmin Sales if the name is not their own.

Only DirectAdmin Sales can help you with these issue.
