Very Odd Issue

The DirectAdmin support team nstalled my DA for mw but there has been a single problem out of the box. All my domains are pointing to /var/www/html rather then the directadmin www folders. Both the Directadmin and my VPS provider have said DA is installed correctly. My VPS is unmanaged so my VPS provider has stopped support on the issue. The only thing i have left to do is ask on the forums. I am @ irc.freenode.net #RageComm if anyone wants to talk live, otherwise I will be actively monitoring this forum thread.
