Briefly the tests show that 13 Beta1 is HUGELY FASTER than 12.2 on Intel x86/x64 in every test! Mainly it comes from much better hardware support for modern Intel CPU architectures. This is good news for new server builders. Next week these guys will test what happens on AMD.
