I would like to set up a cron job that backs up my files, similar to the manual back up accomplished under the "Create/Restore Backups" tab. The only thing I'm not clear on is what value goes into the text field outlined in red in the image linked below:
If the cron job is not capable of excecuting a back up identical to the one in the "Create/Restore Backups" section then what is the next best thing that I can accomplish from this prompt? e.g. what command can I enter there which will provide the most comprehensive back up?
I know this is a simple task and prior to posting I tried looking this up the solution online but everything I found pertained to slightly more involved goals then the rather simple one I'm trying to achieve.
