I just updated DA version 1.673 to 1.674 - and it works fine for me.

Did you use fresh installation of DA 1.674 or updated from 1.673 ?

Also, have you created any System Backup before ?
 
I don't use the function, I was just going though and checking all the menus. I tried it on other servers and I get the same thing even on stable version (on both current and legacy licenses). Just happened to notice it, even though I don't use it it shouldn't give a 404 error.

If you don't use it, there probably isn't any log file present. Hence the 404 error.
 
There is no error checking for the missing log, it just blindly tried to serve it without checking. There could be an error with the log if say it is corrupt and should say that. There could be a file system permission issue and should report that. It should not load the whole page (menu headers and all) into the "window" for a 404 error, it should properly show that there is no log or there was some kind of error. There should also be a warning if say the log is of an excessive size, I wouldn't want to try and load a multi hudred megbyte log file into the little window on the web browser.
 
I was able to get the same situation on the DA server where System backups were not in use yet.
I would say it really should not be working in such way.
So, I created the report to developers to check it closer and get it fixed in one of the next DA releases.
